VTG 50's Am. Character 12" Tiny Tears Doll Rubber Body Restoration Project Doll

Description

This is a vintage American Character Doll - I think it is Tiny Tears?
She stands approx. 12" tall
Her eyes stick and do not open and close on their own
Her body is in fairly good shape for her age
Her head is a different shade from her rubber body
Her dress has no button at the neck and there is a spot on the hem, unsure if original
Some spots on the dolls body see pictures
Her face is shiny as well.
She needs cleaning, I did not clean her for fear of ruining her.
