Item is in normal used condition.  The dress is in good condition other than staining under the arms.  Can be used as a pattern/study or attempt to remove the staining.  TO ENSURE FIT: Measurements laid flat are 18" underarm to underarm 16" shoulder to waist 14" across the waist.
If you have any questions, please ask BEFORE purchasing the item.  Many of my items are packaged with a plastic bag inside of a polymailer...if you are okay with No plastic bag (to help the earth) let me know in a note on your purchase and I will package without it :).
