Vintage Retro Boye 4 in 1 Punch Needle Kit # 7426 Rug Hooking & Punch Embroidery

Honestly I do not remember when or where I obtained this.  My daughter and I used to be heavily into crafting and it probably comes from a lot of random vintage stuff that we acquired to make something and liked an item in the lot at the time. It is still never opened intact and was just hoping someone would appreciate it.
There is no date on it so not sure how old it is. I didn't try and remove the sticker which for some reason doesn't have a price. It is not punched so my guess is a specialty store labeled it for inventory and kept it in the back storage room with intentions of writing the price on later or maybe it lived at a thrift store at some point?  Has some wear though so please see pictures for condition.
Nonetheless I think it is a pretty interesting item that probably is still useful. If you do end up making something cool with it I would love a message of what you created with it and a picture please!
