Vintage Dorothy Howard Dickey Ivory Chiffon Eyelet Lace Bow Tie

Vintage ivory chiffon and eyelet lace dickey, "The Dorothy Howard Dickey Styled by Howard of 5th Avenue."
The front is sheer rayon chiffon with double row of eyelet embroidered lace down the center edged by a lace ruffle, lace trimmed bow tie. The back is a gauzy fabric with a button/loop above a keyhole neck opening. The binding around the opening is frayed a bit on one side, fraying can be cut off, there's no holes.  There are 2 waist ties in front, looks like it was elastic at one time and probably was sewn to the bottom where it's reinforced.  There's some minor damage around one tie and a few tiny pinholes on the other side near the bottom. There's a very faint mark in front near the bow tie to the side.
Overall it's in very good vintage condition, no other damage or stains, freshly laundered.
I don't know how old it is, I'm guessing 30s-50s. It's small, measures 14" around the neck. See photos for other measurements.
