Vintage American Character "Am Char" 12" Tiny Tears Vinyl Blonde Hair Doll

This listing is for a vintage American Character "Am Char" 12" Tiny Tears vinyl blonde hair doll (I believe this is from the Tiny Tears series of dolls after doing some research but I could be wrong). The doll has the open mouth "drink wet" as well as the "flirty sleep eyes" features, on the back of the head it says "Am. Char (C)". The doll comes with some clothes but not sure if they're original, they are a bit stained as well from age and being in storage for a long time...the doll itself has some condition flaws like marker/crayon color marks on the back and limbs, the eyes are a bit hazy and there's also a small nick on the chin. Condition can be seen in the pics.
