These are in as found condition. Please see pictures for measurements. They have some rust on them but not very much. All moving parts move as they should. Bolts are marked ABM.

RETURNS:
-  My account clearly states NO RETURNS.  I will do partial or full refunds

in circumstances where I have made a gross error. I am not Amazon, I am a 2 person family show.  I cant afford you to just change your mind and expect it to be on my dime.
-  That being said...Things happen.  Please reach out to me prior to opening a case with Ebay.  I'm honest, pretty reasonable, and appreciate good polite communication. If we agree that an item is to be returned, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. (That means I lose out on initial shipping and you lose on return shipping...stinks, but equitable).
SHIPPING:
-  I will gladly do combined shipping.  It is easier for me if you request an adjusted total before you pay.
-  Shipping rates have gone up every year. I ship from Maine, meaning it is very far away from a lot of places, and I can't do anything about how much it costs to ship from Maine to you.
-  I try to include multiple shipping choices for you in cases where lower flat rates may apply.  If you would prefer a different method of shipment than I have listed, please inquire before paying.  I'll gladly do what I can!

Shipping damage is rare, as I tend to "over package".  But in the event of damage, please reach out to me immediately.  USPS has pretty good insurance coverage for items damaged in transit. Send me photos of the box, packaging, and damage item.  They are required to file the claim.
