    Description

    One S-Scale Old West Livery Kit.  Real-world footprint is 5.716 inches left to right and 7.622 inches back to front.
    This is an unassembled and unpainted kit
    - what you actually get are the laser-cut plywood sheets plus several 3D printed parts (hoist, hook, cleat, string (scale rope) and 12 bales of hay).  Also included are parts to make two wagons and enough fence (plus two gates) to make a sizable corral.  You can make the corral most any shape/size you want.
    Detailed instructions are included with pictures of the building to guide you through each step of assembly.
    You can paint yours to suit your needs (recommend doing so before assembly).  Dusting the building after assembly with some chalk dust adds some aging and a lot of character!

    Once again, this is a KIT made from plywood and it is NOT painted.  It will take you some time to put it together depending on your skill level - at least a few hours.
    I have feedback and emails from people saying they greatly appreciate and enjoy my kits.  I am proud of how good they look and committed to customer satisfaction.  you should know that these kits require a great deal of focus and care to assemble.  If you aren't willing to put this type of attention to detail into building the kit, please don't buy one.  However, if you are striving for a more realistic appearance than offered by the snap-together kits and precast plastic buildings, this just might be for you.
