This is a custom OOAK Francie I acquired on eBay years ago.  I have been downsizing my collection, listing various duplicate and custom dolls.
This francie has one of the "oily" type heads that Mattel produced.  Her hair was rerooted very thick with platinum doll hair.  I am not sure of the type used.  Eyelases were rerooted very thickly,  perhaps to capture the heavy mascara look of the 60's?   No green. No neck splits. This may have been a beginner's restoration practice doll. Her makeup needs to be touched up.  She is being sold "as is" with imperfections.   All sales final.  Please no returns.
The twist n turn body has  good neck knob and nice arms. The legs click, bend and hold pose. There are dark spots on both legs.
