what is working dsitance? how to choose working distance (WD).
Working distance is the distance form your eyes to the objects you operate when you working as normal working position.
,Measure the distance from your eyes to the objects you operate as your normal working position. And then choose the closer one from 340mm / 420mm / 500mm / 550mm, (because the loupes have depth of view,working distance covered a range. So just need choose the closer one). Working distance 420mm and
500mm are popular using.
What is pupil distance? How to measure to pupil distance? (Flip Up loupes pupil dsitance is adjustable, don't need choose any more)
Pupil distance is the distance of
two pupils of your eyes. Looking down to
the objects as your normal working position with the working distance, and the same time measuring your pupil distance. If you measure by yourself or by your friends, please measure three time or more, and choose the smaller one. Also you can go to a optical lab, need them measure your near pupil distance at your working distance, for examples, you need 420mm working distance loupes, just need them measure your near pupil distance at 420mm.
