BAAR and BEARDS Japan champagne colored glass pearl beaded collar .
It has a rounded scalloped form fit design, and measures approx. 16 inches from end to end and is 1.5-1.75" wide.
It is in remarkable condition considering its age and that most glass pearls usually don’t stand up to age and wear.
There is some wear to a few pearls, but hard to detect with the naked eye.
A few of the glass pearls have the pearly opalescent shell worn off, that is very common wear.
The satiny fabric lining has aged and discolored, also very common and attribute to age, wear and storage.
Overall it is in very nice condition, circa 1940s/1950s.
This could possibly be worn as a necklace choker, would actually look pretty awesome!
Very elegant accessory to compliment that little black dress!
