Antique Victorian Floral Child's Bypass Bracelet Circa 1879

Description

This is the absolute sweetest Antique Victorian child's bracelet (Circa 1879) I’ve come across in a while. I wish it fit me! It is designed in the by-pass style with a center medallion that is quite exquisite done in rose gold fill and gold-fill. There is an urn with dainty flowers coming out of it and tiny rope detailing around it. Two panels come out on the sides with tiny beadwork. The by-pass bars are wrapped with wire-work and there is a little shield on one side where initials could be engraved. There is a spring mechanism that holds the bracelet in place. This would be gorgeous worn for a Baptism. The back is Hallmarked Dec 16, 1879.
The inner circumference of the bracelet measures 4.75 inches. The center medallion measures almost 1 inch tall.
