Description

This amazing antique micro mosaic bracelet Weighs 51.4 grams. Generally, bangles of this type are unmarked sterling silver. I have not tested it so cannot say the exact silver content. The back of the bracelet has the raised word ROMA and intricate raised silver work. It has a built in pin closure that keeps the bracelet securely fastened. To open the bangle, the pin must be pulled down as shown. The internal circumference measures approximately 6-7/8", and is 1-1/8" wide. Across, it measures 2-3/8" by 2". The bracelet is in excellent condition. I have looked it over with a magnifying loupe and there may be one or two missing tesserae, but it appears that they all are present
