Transformer has a good original power cord that is pliable.  Transformer has been bench tested and all functions worked properly at the time of testing, both gauges checked out OK and circuit breaker is good.  Metal case and base plates on transformers may or may not have some scratching / minor surface rust.   No cracks or breaks to case noticed, (CR_) is a inventory code.
