3 Vintage 1940s or 50s FUR Collars Mink ? Gray Fox ? & BETMAR Flawed Beaver ? Mink ? Hat w/ Red Handled Carrier......redcarriersfur
Three fur collars, and one round hat by Betmar- Union Made with Union Label. . In a vinyl hat carrier by SEALATRON Corp., Chicago. The Red vinyl hat carrier/box has a handle on top and a zipper closure around the lower portion. All these fur collars and the hat came from the same estate and previous owner. The gray fur may be from a Fox? I don't know if the hat is Beaver or Mink. I know NOTHING about furs, please look at the photos and make your own judgement BEFORE purchase. Great vintage items, they are perfect for Theater, or a Costume Designer, or just someone who likes to recreate an earlier time. The collars can be tucked in around a plain sweater, jacket, or coat with the attached trim being using to tuck in under the edges. The Fur Collars have hooks at the front to keep them closed. The hat has discoloration on the fabric trim and bow- PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS AND READ "CONDITION" BELOW BEFORE PURCHASE
CONDITION:
The Betmar hat MAY be Beaver, I don't know for sure. The cloth trim around the outer edge of the hat is discolored, almost looks like it got wet and had some mold, but there is no smell or active mold apparent. Unsure of it can be cleaned, I didn't try, because the fur is in great condition. The fur collars are in very good condition, nothing but slight aging is visible.  **The precise color of the items may vary depending on the specific monitor, the settings and the lighting conditions.
