    From Both the Philadelphia & Denver mints
    , they are random quality as they come from government issued sets. Still in the government packaging as shown.
    All of the coins in this set were cut from original US Government Mint Sets. As such, they are different from regular uncirculated coinage in both quality and appearance. Sometimes referred to as SMS or SP issues, they are in a class by themselves. The 2005 thru 2010 sets are also often referred to as "Satin Finish" issues and were specifically referred to by this term in Mint descriptions.
