Up for Sale are 2 Door Rollers that are not matching. Yes, Not Matching but Soooo Close. I did think these were a pair when I picked them up from a Barn Call recently. Didn't even realize until photos were about to be taken, lol. I've seen the New England Butt Co. Roller before over the years and they are scarce, even in this area. Never have I seen a H B & Co. Roller, which is not surprising, as they are known for producing 19thC. Sad Irons. None found in my research so I would classify the HB as Rare. They are Very Very Close in Design and most likely had the bracket made by the same foundry. The H B could be 1870's while the Butt Co. looks like the Font being used is 1880-1890. Needless to say, they could be used on the same door and most people would not notice the difference. 2 Awesome additions for the Roller/Hanger Collector.
